I have a Jerico Stinger J/B cue that had a ferrule come loose a year or so ago. I sent it to Jerry for repair and got it back in good turnaround time. I have only used it sparingly since getting it back, but I had noticed it had a hollow sounding, "tinking-like" noise from the ferrule end of the shaft when I lightly tapped the tip (while holding it at the joint end)on my pool table's surface. So, I once again contacted Jerry and sent it in. When he got the shaft he promptly e-mailed me with what the problem was and that it would very soon be repaired and sent back. Imagine my suprise and satisfaction when I received a totally brand new shaft in the mail less than a week after I sent mine in.
This is the kind of customer service that gets repeat customers.
