"Chin lock" as Jerry describes it in that video is the one tip that, when adopted into my game, had the biggest and most immediate impact on my accuracy and consistency since my college roommate showed me how to make a proper open bridge as a total beginner.
It also completely stopped me from fussing over my stance, which was becoming non-productive and even harmful to a degree. I lock my chin/eyes on the object ball from standing on the shot line to getting down on the table and, as Jerry says, "the body gets out of the way." My well-aligned stance happens pretty naturally just by freezing my head on the shot line as I get down on the table.
