I think this 7-minute excerpt is from Jerry's video, "How to Play Pool Right". He also has a more recent video out -- with Mark Wilson shooting the shots -- called "A Pool Lesson". The aiming comments start about half way into the video.

Talked with Jerry quite a bit at last years VNEA Junior Nationals. Hope to see him again here in another month. Will give his 3 disc DVD another look when I dig it out a box after a move.

"Chin lock" as Jerry describes it in that video is the one tip that, when adopted into my game, had the biggest and most immediate impact on my accuracy and consistency since my college roommate showed me how to make a proper open bridge as a total beginner.

It also completely stopped me from fussing over my stance, which was becoming non-productive and even harmful to a degree. I lock my chin/eyes on the object ball from standing on the shot line to getting down on the table and, as Jerry says, "the body gets out of the way." My well-aligned stance happens pretty naturally just by freezing my head on the shot line as I get down on the table.
