I would not call his cues "whippy" either. We sell Jerry's cues and have for at least 12 years I would guess. We have about 6 of his cues currently in stock and I have shot with all of them. I think they are very consistant in hit. He also has great pride in his work and stands behind his cues. I recently had a cue with an ivory inlay crack on me. Jerry immediately said "Send it back I will take care of it". Ivory is unpredictable and can crack due to no fault of the player or the cuemaker, but Jerry doesnt hesitate to take care of a problem. I HIGHLY recommend him. If you are unsure, just start with a cheap one like $450 and graduate up if you want something one-of-a-kind. At this years DCC I was looking for a new cue for myself and bought one from Jerry with purple heartwood and silver inlays with no wrap. I have been called a "picky b*stard" and worse by many people (and its true) so I don't suggest many cuemakers personally. But in this case I will. Jerry is great to deal with.onepocketchump said:I have known Jerry for years and can say that I have played some very, very good pool with his cues. They have a medium hard hit in my opinion. Very nice and easy to play with.
