sounds like play-ability, quality, big pin (3/8x10 wood to wood), traditional looks and shafts are his plusses

Yep ,Jerry's been building since I believe the 80's at the latest the early 90s. My Olivier is 30 plus years old. Still nice and straight and well made.

The craftsmanship of his work is second to none and he stands behind his work and is easy to work with and his shop is very impressive.

I have an old cheap Olivier cue. Bought for 150 bucks 25 years ago. Hated the shaft but liked the butt cause it was ugly but felt great.

I still have it and put a Mezz ExPro shaft on and am very happy with the setup. No one looks at it twice and I can leave it anywhere with little chance of anyone stealing it.
