Just wanted to take a moment to comment about my first experience dealing with -R-. He did some work on an old cue I had.

He was priced very fairly, had a quick turnaround, & communicated with me every step of the way. I was also extremely pleased with the work he did. First class all the way. :thumbup:

This is pretty much exactly what everyone says about Jerry. I think his prices and services are top notch all day long. Done a couple deals with Mr. Rauenzahn and very pleased. Getting ready to use his services again and know going in that it will be another pleasant experience.

Jerry does great work has been doing it for ever and this is not a knock on other builders but when he tells you your cue will be ready it is ready.
