Earlier this year I traded an Ivory jointed Schon tribute for two of Jerry's cues. One of the best decisions I made. Went to BCA Nationals and was able to have a good showing, taking 13-19 out of 908 players. Had a Southwest earlier in my life, played with it did not adjust to it very well so I sold it, great transaction with another azbilliards member. Came back from BCA Nationals and all I wanted was another try with a Southwest. Got another Southwest from a azbilliards member, another great transaction. Played with it for a few months, again played well, but could never really get adjusted to it.

Second best decision I made. I have came to the conclusion, that magical stick can be right in front of you all you have to do is open your eyes! Southwest is a great cue, but for what ever reason, I just can not fully adjust to them. So I am proud to say, I play with a Jerry Rauenzahn cue!

I just knew it....Darn....If I didn't have one underway......what a classic, timeless design.

My oh my.......Gosh, just look at that cue on the bottom and then the far right.......Wow!
The rings in the sleeve are superb. It's a distinct look & is what I'm thinking of using for my Bushka cue.

This the same design Mr. Willie M. played with.....double rings above that great wrap....love the elegant look,
perfectly sharp points, veneer colors well balanced, not a thing anyone could ever criticize with this design.

You made the right decision to make the exchange. You must be in rapturous love with this cue, at least I would,
as well as 99.9 of everyone and anyone else possessing clear eyesight......Congrats on an absolute masterpiece.

Good for you. Jerry's cues are some of my favorites. I have 3 and am waiting on my 4rth to be delivered in a couple of days. You will never regret the decision. (Just keep me in mind if you ever decide to sell them) LOL :thumbup:
 
Beautiful cues! I love the way mine plays, too, they have a really nice hit and great balance. That Bushka tribute of yours on the right is the nuts! :thumbup:

This cue is nostalgia at its very best.......Cowabunga.......It's like George came back to make just one more cue.
I'm just throwing this out there....you know just sayin'.....but here's a possible contender for 2014 Cue of the Year.

Wait until you get your hands on this cue....photos cannot convey the exquisite beauty of this design.
It's a cue you need to hold in your hands & rotate it 360 degrees under the lights to gauge its splendor.

This cue looks so classy.... plus you have another waiting in the wings. You're definitely "The Bushka King".
Your collection make-over is just amazing to observe and without a doubt, you own some really terrific cues.

Played with it all day today. First Time I cashed in a one pocket tournament, over at Players Family Billiards.

Jerry R made this cue for himself,but gave it to me in gtatitude for
helping him put together the best Balabushka Tribute extravaganza ever on Az

I have ordered two 360 models from him or I would have held onto this Willie Balabushka

instead i made a trade that makes Dunn shoot better than he already did

Beautiful cues!!! I love Jerry's cues. Great cues from a GREAT Custom Cue Maker. Get one while you can.

The gold rings look great. I thought it was copper & wondered to myself whether Jerry used metal rings or some Palmer acrylics he's tucked away.
The design speaks for itself but the execution is flawless & the design is over the top handsome. Some folks might prefer a more modern design for
a custom made cue but this cue, it's like owning an exquisite painting by one of the great masters. Classy never will go out of style & this cue's got it.

Dean, you picked a wonderful design, Jerry did an amazing job and Mike made one of the best decisions of his cue collecting experience. And to
think that Mike has another cue birth next March, he's collecting quite a nice family of cues.......nonetheless, I think he should have still hung onto
his RB Alamo cue which was just a beautiful cue....only wish it had been mine....and ditto goes for the new Jerry R. Mosconi Bushka he now owns.

That is one beautiful cue, how can you go wrong with a design like this???

Mr. Jerry's work is FANTASTIC!!!!! He's a one-man operation and his work is all done by hand the old fashion way.

I've been fortunate enough to amass a collection of Jerry's work I've stashed away for those "rainy days" that I love to pull out of the safe from time to time and admire a Master craftsman's workmanship. They play so consistently. My favorite player is a 100 year old Rambow Mr. Rauenzahn modified using construction techniques of today's cue builders, it's the NUTZZ!!!! Stainless steel radial pin and ivory joint make this "old school wedgy" cue have incredible feedback. Yes, it's truly a "fat butt" from the golden era of pool. (<:
