If you're really in Key West I find it a bit odd that you're asking about a jump cue. Playing in that humidity, I would have thought you would be more interested in finding a cue that would keep the balls on the table.
As for the Jester, it is a very light jump cue and can be effective with just a little practice. The person who sells them was based in Longwood, Fl. I don't know exactly where he is now since his Church/Pool Room closed down. ( I'm not kidding about the Church part).
