Gee Jim I asked a question and you get NASTY, maybe if you had followed my business model from when I was self employed you would not have ever had to deal with these problems.

Communication with Customers and Clients so they were advise of problem, delays, or stumbling blocks you had in the process of deal with your order.
Two simple ideas that worked well for me for over 20 years. I understood happy Customers or Clients mean potential for repeat business, unhappy customers or client mean the phone might never ring again. I understood my client were my BREAD & BUTTER! That is why I treated them like they were important.
