Funny! :D

Just for those nay-sayers there that don't have a clue about Jimmy Mataya, here's a couple of facts:

1) He is more gamblier than tournament player (correct me if I"m wrong :o )

2) He used to have one of the meanest masse strokes around back in his "prime-times" in the late '80s, mid '90s.

Don't forget 3) He's a classless arrogant jerk, trust him at your peril.

Cornbread was partners with Billy Johnson (aka Wade Crane) on that big score. It was for slightly over 100K by the way. I know, I was there. Billy beat me for $90 playing $30 Bank Pool and took that money and went in with Red. They started with $100 each, $200 total.

Billy took down over 50K and beat it out of Vegas fast. He was undefeated in all three divisions of the Stardust tourney when he left (2 wins in each). He told me later, he left town because he knew the "bite" was going to be brutal if he stayed.

Just ask Wade (Billy) if you don't believe me.

Cornbread stuck around and bought clothes for all the pool players at the men's store in the Stardust. TRUE story! He went broke before he left town. Playing Dice naturally.

Excuse my ignorance, but what's a "bite"? Obviously it doesn't sound good, but how bad are we talking.:)

A "Bite" when it comes to pool players, is basically a request for a cash loan that probably won't get paid back.

What is that called in Korean?
