Hello I bought Jimmy's DVD package on ebay.
I am very impressed !
I didn't know who he is and how good he is and was!

Is he doing OK these days?

I saw his web site free pool lessons it loaded very slow I was wondering if it is kept up at all?

I would like to get a table layout of his kicking system. I think it is available on this site it cost but thats no big deal. I dont want to pay for a site that is not still kept up.
Anyone have info or good stories to tell I would love to hear them he seems like quite a character..!! I want to lean more about him and his playing style.

i searched for them and it said no matches found??? where on e bay do you find these dvds?? Jimmy has been sick with some kind of cancer, have not heard how he is doing lately. I have been trying to buy his dvds to help him out but i play computer worse than i play pool!!!!!~! I have heard they are very good dvds, did you get a 3 disk set?????

He uses '1985usopenchamp' as his name on Ebay. 180509302017 is an item he is selling now.

i put 1985usopenchamp and the number in search and both came up no match??? boy i must be stupid, but how do you find the dvds with his name or the number, do you have a link i could just click on????

The price is a "buy it now" price. Just click on the "buy it now" button and then proceed to pay with paypal or whichever other method of payment is accepted.

Brock I just looked for them myself. They are not listed any more!!
I just bought them two weeks ago. Keep an eye out I think they will be relisted.
I got 5 DVD's and Two Audio CD's. (The audio Hypnosis CD came to me broken and will not play I would like to get it replaced I am still happy with what I did recieve.
To rate them I will tell you this they are not the best production tapes. He is Hard to follow on his banking systems with the numbers on the rails.
But!!! His information sure looks like GOLD to me. I came away Really liking Jimmy!! I would love to hang for a evening with this guy. Jimmy knows his stuff and you can see how he puts into pratice.
He misses shots but thats no big deal his lessons have to deal with putting yourself at a advantage by using your brain!
I am not selling my copies!!
If anyone knows how to abtain the audio Hypnosis CD I would like to listen to it.

I too just bought his DVD package on ebay. Just got it in yesterday. So far I only watched the Perfect 8 Ball DVD, but I too came away really liking Jimmy Reid as a person. He just seems like a likable guy. I especially liked that he goes through a real rack talking about his thought process as he shoots each ball and why, and also that he does get offline and explains how to re-evaluate and change the pattern. It shows that even pros are not break and run perfect and do have to alter their patterns when they get out of shape, so that makes me feel more confident as well knowing I don't have to be perfect to get out.

I was worried $75 was a bit pricey, but now I think it was well worth it. Just watching that one DVD so far I've come away with some knowledge I didn't have which I know will be invaluable in matches in the future.

For ebay, the way I found his DVD's was I just searched for "Jimmy Reid" and it had one DVD package left so I bought it :) I'm sure more will show up sooner or later.

Jimmy was one of the best 8 ball players in his prime.He was also one of the first players i knew that prefered 10 ball over 9 ball. I watched him beat Keith Mcready playing headup 10 ball for the cash at a tournament at Buddys in Jackson,Ms.
 
Thanks Joe, i can click on something now.. thanks for the reviews also, i will have to watch e-bay !!!! ck6, thats what i did but it came up no matches found, i searched under his name 1985usopenchamp and the number and still came up with no matches!!!!????The pmata link was finally an easy enough shot for me to find them...!!!! Thanks for all the help guys. when you have slow speed intenet it sucks when it takes 5 minutes for something to come up and it is not what you wanted, then you have to go back and wait somemore!!!! I have a new laptop with a sprint 4g wireless card, but in these WV hills i only get 1g and it is slow like the old dial up,
 
I found one of Jimmy VHS's at a Garage Sale, believe it was No Time For Negatives. Jimmy impressed me in the it appeared to be shot in one sitting, and was good information!

After you buy his dvd's, if you are looking to expand on your banking and kicking, he offers a ton of great info of several systems on his website. You have to join his Diamond Club to access the knowledge, but for average to advanced players it is well worth it. I've spent months trying to learn them all. Is it maintained? and does it load OK for you? I was worried that not maintained.
