Damn, less than 24 hours notice. How long will he be in the lone star state. I would love to drive up from Austin and meet two AZ legends.
 
Dean,

Please ask him if he can make me the very same oil tan case he made back in 2010 but with a nice, comfortable shoulder strap,
or the case could be made of a different leather if he preferred. I sent him an email asking about this but with your charm & persuasive
demeanor, just let me know how much and where to send the money.......or you could sell me the one you're having made?

Never mind, new business is healthy and if John is up to it, I'm ready. I have doubts the buying group approach is going to get off the
ground and maybe a custom leather pool ball case is too extravagant. But since I play only in pool halls, and I've invested in an 6x12
Lizard leather case, I'd prefer to replace my Aramith case with a leather version. Heck, I was hoping to get Gil to make a case that matches
my Lizard cue case but that requires finding 11 other buyers and that doesn't look promising in the least at the moment.

So if you get the chance to whisper in John's ear, I hope you'll mention making a leather pool ball case for me.

John got here on Thursday
gave me the break and showed me why i need the nuts

i bought a few cases,he has a bunch with him

I don't know where the dignitary thing got started ,but people were asking for cases autographs and pictures of John with them

Heck I felt kinda important just giving him my money

He is actually a very nice pleasant person to visit with

His pool isn't much better than mine,but maybe he just didn;t need to show any speed

I thought i would see him today too
but I saved my money
 
Dean make John take more pictures of your Jon Spitz cue.

The one on facebook wasn't enough. I neeeeeeeeed to see that thing!
