Lou started the whole thing 30 years ago. I said i would play him $100/game, and he tried to high roll me. Then we finally agreed to a bet of $10k, and when I tried to up the bet, he refused multiple times. He tried to raise the bet when I was working in my booth. When the time came, my wife and I decided to keep the bet as is, and not take on any more bets. Eric was there, and his presence got me riled up and cost me the first 3 games. I did not receive any coaching from Dennis. Lou played better than me, but if I could have kept my lousy stroke under control, the outcome would have been different. Afterwards I asked Lou to meet with Stan, and he said, no. I would like to have a rematch someday.

John responded plenty during the time when Lou's three threads were active giving his take on things. I thought near the end of the last active thread they had reached a point where it was over and it was time to move on. That was my impression anyway.
