If you are not apart of their 'semi public' thats is OK, also if you have a table and practice 14.1 on a regular basis - your opinion is valuable to me. Please note that I do like Westerns - just not the one schmidt, charlie and the bca are TRYING to produce. If yer a member of john's facebook...

What's a bet-threat? I know what an offer to bet is and I know what a threat is but I don't know what a bet-threat is.

Ridiculous in what way? Maybe you can share something that I proposed to bet on with my conditions and we can all laugh with you at the ridiculousness of my offer.
