I agree that promotors that have a history of no pay or late pay should have to show the money before the tournament, but not the ones that have paid on time in the past.
Question:Let's say that Johnny A and his crew boycott a medium to large size tournament. Most, if not all of them have full sponsorships by cue companies and such. How happy are these player sponsors going to be with a player they sponsor that doesn't play in the tournament? I think some rethinking is in order here. Johnnyt
