Attached is a diagram for a Joint Extension that I would like to get an estimate price for....

Wood/Color would be ebony black.

Male piece would be preferably be G-10. Female insert will be the Cog Thread, depth 1.5 inch.
Diameter .850 inch, length is 2.5 inches

Hi,

You might want to use black joint material like Juma or Phenolic.

Wood is not a practical joint material. It can crack.

I don't know if it would cause an issue but you only have a inch of material attaching your g-10 pin in ext.
