Josey shaft and tip questions

I'm placing an order for a new matching shaft for a 2000 Josey sneaky butt that I just purchased (Thanks HoldemRW). I've heard a lot of good things about the Timeless Timber shafts but Sherri also told me about the Josey Zero laminated LD shaft. Has anyone played with one of these? What about this precision layered tip they offer? Anyone give it a go yet?

Anyone? After a lot of reading im thinking of just going with the maple. As far as tips it comes with a triangle...i know they are ok but hit or miss. I guess nobody has played his layered tip?

The precision tips are pretty good. If you try one I think you will be happy you did.

Good luck with whatever you end up with

hi

If you want good one you have to ask for hand picked shaft with multiple straight grains or Timeless Timber.

It cost a bit more but plays way better.

My Josey came with his standard shafts. I'm happy with them, Always have been curious about the timeless timber, but not enough to buy one, Not yet anyway.
