Josey with a timeless timber shaft

I have a Josey cue which I love, my game has improved since the purchase, so how can I not love it. You can say it isn't the cue, but a attribute some of my imrovement to the cue. I just received a Timeless Timber shaft, 11.75 with a soft Kamui tip, and can't wait to shoot with it. The grain is beautiful, in fact, Keith called me to make sure I wanted it, because he says it was the best piece he has seen. What salesmanship, made me want it even more. I can't say enough about the Josey family. They personally called me twice during the process, and exceeded my expectations. The told me it would probably take three weeks to get, and it took less. That doesn't happen very often when you purchase most things, let alone a hand crafted piece. They were concerned with the shipment over the weekend and the shaft sitting in a warm warehouse, truck, or plane. Offering to go out of their way to the post office to deliver that way instead of UPS so I can receive it on Saturday. I decided to upgrade to overnight to have it sooner. Always thinking about the product and the customer, they know how to make you feel special. I can't see owning a different playing cue.

A really nice review of your overall experience with Keith and Sherri Josey. They really try and go the extra mile for their customers, and consistently make a great playing cue....which is why I, too, am a fan. :yeah: BTW, I just love my TT shaft, works very very well with my cue.

I wouldn't delay too much longer, if possible. They have gotten really busy these days, and I know he is quoting longer build times now, as a result. I can tell you they are worth the wait...I will live in my car before I part with mine!!
