Tulipwood & Ebony is my favorite combo, and this cue is a fine example of a 4 Point Fullsplice Rounceville Blank with Flame Veneers.
Josh added his flare to it with Diamonds & Silver Dots in each Point, and in the mitered boxes and in between each box.
Matching Engraved Joint Caps, with the same fancy Ringwork throughout.

Radial Pin for that flat face hit, with 2 shafts 12.9 & 13 m m / 3.3 oz / Butt weighing in at 16.1 oz for a really nice balanced total weight. 58 inch
