Joss cue question

I am purchasing this Joss Cue and I have attached a pic for your review. I have not scene this model before, it has a serial number on the stainless steel joint. I am wondering, what would you say the age of the cue is? And what is the cue worth. I am not selling this by no means as I am picking this up for my brother for shootin cue.

I actually thought of that after making the post. And there is a current model that is spot on that has a bit of inlay work. So, I got the info I needed.
