Stop # 4 and "Northeast 9-Ball Open XXXV" of my Joss Northeast 9-Ball Tour's 2023/2024 season will take place at Utica Billiards on the Boulevard in Utica, NY on Sat. & Sun. Oct 7 & 8. The inaugural Northeast 9-Ball Open was in 1988 at my old room, Pro Billiard Lounge in Rotterdam NY. Many of the Northeast's top players have won this event including myself, Ginky, Robles, Hernandez, Sossei, Hewitt and many others. When I closed I passed this event on to the Golden Cue, then Sharp Shooters and now to Andrea Duvall at Utica Billiards on the Boulevard. I am sure she will uphold the prestige this event deserves.
