Joss thread ball/radial

Does anyone know if the Joss thread is the tm Radial or what pin it is? I am making a shaft sight unseen Joss radial 0.850. Might be easier if the guy sends me the Butt. just curious if I use the atlas undersized tap it will be too small.

Any help would be great.

They may have changed lately but I've never seen any thread on a Danny Janes Joss other than a 5/16X14. On the very early Josses, when Dan and Bill were still partners I seen a few ivory jointed cues that used a 3/8 X 10 but that's it.

yeah Dick, just recently they started using radial pins
