Any idea how the crack occurred? Who fixed it? Is the leather wrap original? Thanks. Scott

Thanks for your interest. I just got this cue yesterday. I emailed your questions to the person who I believe was the original owner. I'll let you know what he has to say if and when he gets back to me.

Looks uncannily like the one I smashed over the end of a table at Quentin Corner Pocket. Back then it didn't have a leather wrap though. I'm sure Bill made dozens like it, even though when I spoke to him about it, he remembered the exact cue. That was a long time ago though; no way it survived, besides, I made sure neither shaft was... playable.

Hi,

I spoke to the person who I thought was the original owner. Turns out he's not the first person to own this cue. He's not sure how it got cracked. He thinks it was repaired by Reeves, and as far as he knows, the leather wrap is original.

Thanks,
Steve
