Joss West? Jensen? Neither?

I was going to bid on this cue, but I wasn't sure what it was. I think it's either a Joss West or Jensen. What do you guys think it is?

If you look at the picture of the shaft inserts, one is round and the other is flat. The shafts from my 70's Joss West are the same way. Does anyone know if that's something Bill Stroud used to do with his cues?

I'd vote that it is an unsigned Richard Black. Nice birdseye maple.

based on the but cap, i think it is a pechauer. the rings also from a jp series pechauer. just my $.02 worth

I'm not too sure of that.
The bumper doesn't look right, for a Pechauer.
And also, most Pechauers i've seen that are "red stained" are a lot darker than that.
And every JP series Pechauer i have ever seen has had a Duralite (Cyro) joint collar with flat faced 5/16-18 joint pin.
JHMO, that rules Pechauer out.
It could be anything, and i mean anything LOL.
