Your comprehension skills are not very good are they. I don,t even need a tip ,but if the providers are offering them to entice you into ordering the 3 day package, what did i do wrong in asking them if this offer is still being offered or had it expired? You are saying that i am being a cheapskate by wanting to know the answer to this before deciding if i want to order the stream for 3 days or just one is wrong,how? Luckily for me, i have been on azb for many years spending money with multiple vendors and my character has never been in question. You continually talk about how much driving,commentating, setting up,breaking down,etc... The providers have to do in order to bring the stream to the public. Well if you are providing a service that someone has to PAY for, we simply call that doing your job. Putting in work and time for a certain amount of pay= doing your job. Right or wrong. Do you donate to time warner ,dish network,etc... For their services or do you feel like you are PAYING them for the work ,installs,programming metc... That they provide? Its obvious that you have a personnal investment in these two peoples lives and business,and there is nothing wrong with that, but to insinuate that i am a cheapskate or whatever because i wanted to know if their offer of a free tip was still being offered for buying the 3 day package is ridiculous,especially when it has been slowly and carefully explained to you that i can only watch for one day and my intentions was to justify speding the extra money so that the stream providers could make EXTRA money since it seems all the stream providers in pool are hanging on by a thread trying to survive(some of them haven,t been able to survive) i realize now, that you are going to continue to respond with some immature,insulting response to this thread so i,m now bowing out,but just understand this, other people who read this post will form their own conclusions from this thread and their comprehension skills of this situation will hopefully be better than yours and they will determine who they think is right here. The one thing anyone who reads this will say is" my goodness why are these two people going back and forth like 2 kids over something this trivial.lol" and they will be right. I have just gotten to read through this thread. Jay Burger, I am very sorry that we could not answer your question earlier, as I have realized that you sent your question to Daniel's AZB inbox, which under the last 2 weeks, he may not have viewed.

BTW, Jay Burger, thank you for your donation to POV POOL, anyway.
 
Pookster, I'm very sorry that we could not solve the freezing issue. You will be refunded the money as soon as possible (when there is a break and Daniel can go into PayPal).

If there is anyone else who is having freezing problems, please contact us at 310.923.6639. I have been watching the stream on a different internet connection and am not having the problem. I have also had software company look into it, but they do not see a problem. If you other applications running in the background that could be a problem or if your internet is running slow. Like, I said, we would like you to have the best viewing experience possible.

I am also having freezing issue. I will wait it out and see if Daniel can fix the problem. Not everyone in the chat room is having issues as I have asked. please continue to work on the problem, and thanks for all you do for the pool world.
