Meet and Greet and Cue Show

Table space is FREE as ALWAYS. Bring a small folding table since we have limited tables
The 2 banquet rooms will be available to display. There are also two 9' pool tables you can
use for display. Bring cues, cases, memorabilia, books, etc… this is a free event for friends
of Pool Table Magic. Space is limited ... call Mark or e-mail Joe to confirm your spot.
We expect a large turnout.

We will also offer Multiple Raffles and Door prizes. which may include cues, cases, tip maintenance supplies, cue accessories, books, collectible billiard memorabilia, etc. More details to follow.....

The raffle tickets will be

$ 2.00 for 1 ticket
$ 5.00 for 5 tickets
$ 10.00 for 12 tickets
$ 20.00 for 30 tickets

Any profits over the total value of the items will be donated to a local charity.

$ 30.00 Entry – Bonus if you pay in advance – 5 free raffle tickets

Payout based on 32 players
1 - $ 350.00 + Trophy
2 - $ 200.00
3 - $ 100.00
4 - $ 70.00
5 thru 8 $ 20.00 each


This is a FULL bar and restaurant. There are a multitude of hotels in the area to accommodate over-nite stays.

The tournament is not for everyone and we made this clear. If there is ANY question to a players ranking, we will make the final determination on all players.

If you are an A, or open player, please understand we are looking to promote participation of lower level players this weekend. However IF you are an A or better player you are more than welcome to come down and enjoy the day. In fact we would encourage it, come down, mingle, hit some balls with the lesser players, OR maybe you'll have a chance to hook up with ANOTHER player of your skill level. There is 2x shimmed table, if two players hook up great for them.

This will not be a tournament you can hold up, I am sorry if you feel this excludes you, but there is a bigger picture.

As far as vendors, bring a table, set up. You can sell, or SHOW your collections.

I have been off the pool scene for a longgg time. not that I was that goood to begin with. but i need to get back into it. I was a helping hand at yale billiards for a bit but never quite got good enough to play with the best of em. but ima do my best to be there and to compete...what is the format? and the game and knock out requirments??

when i was in the APA i was a 3 in 8ball and when i stopped i was a 4 in 9ball. what would i end up being there? and when i was in the APA that was the last time i competed for anything and i dont own my own table yet, yale is where i play and i am not there often, if anything i play on a crappy bar boxer down the road from me.. so i doubt if i am even as good as i was in the apa. but i want to start playing and competing again.
