Jump Only tips are a low profile for jump cues only, if you break with this tip and miss cue you may take a chunk of the tip. web site is better now, madmantips.com..............Thanks

I have been using one for breaking for a while now and have not had any chipping problems at all. Great tip.

Add me to that list love it for breaking. I have had mine on for along time no problems at all. They really jump great , can't go wrong with this tip.
 
Got a hardness on these? How do they compare to the Samsara...looking for a cheaper alternative.

probably Madman tips are even harder than Samsara. But they play great. Samsara is not a jump only tip so you'd better be asking for break&jump Madman tip. They are 3-layered, and also 11-layered pig skin (though I'm not sure if he has any left). Take a look at my bunch of them:

Lower left is a jump only tip. See how lower it is compared to b/j's.
 
Thanks for info. I'm going to try the jump only tips on my J/B. my Samsara is about that high anyways and almost all my customers want them cut down.
