THIS TOURNAMENT IS HELD EVERY YEAR TO HONOR THE MEMORY OF OUR FRIEND BRIAN BARRETT WHO PASSED AWAY JUNE 10TH 2003 AS A RESULT OF AN UNEXPECTED HEART ATTACK AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 39. BRIAN WAS A TRUE SPORTSMAN AND A GENTLEMAN. WE EXPECT EVERYONE PARTICIPATING IN THE WEEKENDS EVENTS TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A MANNER HE WOULD HAVE FOUND APPROPRIATE

bump, bump / to clarify this "U.S. OPEN ENTRY ($500 VALUE TO HIGHEST PLACING NON-SPONSERED PLAYER)" .............. It simply means if you have a U.S. Open sponser you can't come win this one and give and/or sell the entry to someone.. It is this easy to determine if your eligible... if you will have to pay your own entry should you decide to go to the U.S. Open then you qualify for the entry given away at our event.

Eddie Anderson Sneaky Pete raffle - Cocabolo

This gentleman makes a fine, fine cue. He does not mass produce etc... He is from McConnellsburg, Pa about 45 minutes from Hagerstown. Mike Davis has played with an Eddie Anderson cue for a while. At least he did for a long time. Not sure what he is using now. Eddie has donated the sneaky pete below to raffle off for the tournament. We are selling tickets now and will have them available the day of the tournament also. The winner will be drawn at 3pm during the tournament on June 17th. It is cocabola with 13mm shaft & weighs 19.25 onces.

I am also working on having cue repair onsite that day for tips, shafts etc...

I just read the forecast for Hagerstown the weekend of June 17th and 18th. Get ready to rumble because there just may be an Earthquake on the horizon. :p

Looks like a strong field shaping up!!! Just recieved a phone call from Mike Davis also!! Ryan, I'll sign you up also tomorrow when I stop at the room. Remember, anyone else who is sure they are attending please call me 1-301-797-6160 or the pool room 1-301-791-1355 (tell them to write you in the tournament sign-up book). WE WILL CUT THE FIELD OFF AT 64!!!
