Would'nt it be nice if someone from the U. P. A. would come to this site and defend their organization.

1. They should explain why their ratings system allows B level players to travel to the world championships with an invite in their hand.

2. they should explain why whenever someone questions their general rulings they answer as indirectly as possible. Or they ban players.

Maybe one day the great pinko Michael Moore will make a movie about them.
 
Maybe one day teh UPA will go to hell, and we will have some serious alternative!

That's the best you can do? first of all what exactly is a 'b' player. I understand the concept, however actually defining a 'b' player is always relative at best. if you are reffering specifically to weak players getting invites on tour, we already answered that clearly in other posts. you don't have to like the answer, but it is the real answer.

what general ruling have you asked the UPA? it seems to me that all people do is post crap on this forum. i've asked specific questions and got specific answers with more info than i originally asked for. of course I went to the source.

no offense, but you argue like a teenager. let's just say you need some legal counsel.

Do you get out much. I have personaly done buisness with the UPA. Charlie and I know each other pretty well. I have helped sponsor both events and players. And I now believe that the UPA, filled with Charlatan's and lily-livered individuals, is strictly out for their own interests. I have alot of examples that I do not wish to post on this site. Possible you are a shill for the UPA. Go ahead give me some legal advice.

do I get out much? no wonder why you have a pic up of crazy little boy. you still argue the same. anyone can jump on this forum and make the statement you make. pretty nice that you can just sit back and call everyone in the upa a bunch of names and then act nice because you don't want to share it on the forum. if that's the case, why did you start making statements in the first place?

Perhaps you are right Cuteone but this is a forum where we should all be able to express our thoughts and "feelings" without getting in to the legality of the situation and facts as you perceive them. The last thing we need is a pool house lawyer (not meaning you) in here to discount everything we say like they do out on the streets. Remember the legal counsel of John Gotti or OJ? If I wanted to argue every case I had with legal representation I would be on a Law Website.

You sound like a law student or maybe a lawyer? So figured you knew what a shill is. Oh, if you are threatening me with slander you should be very carefull.
