Just Clean OR Clean&Polish Pool Balls

This might be just because I have my table outside in a screened patio in very hot Tampa, FL. When I use polish it seems like the balls stick when it's hot out. I use Magiures polish. Thanks for any help. JT

I think you have to make sure the polish is off before you play with them and be sure to wipe the table down before you use the balls again if your taking them to a pool hall.

Johnny, I use a ball cleaner that was made in 1978...last time I put polish
in it was maybe 1982.

New balls don't play well....neither do polished balls.
As the finish wears off, you get different degrees of friction.
..the inconsistency is what drives players nuts.

The English billiard players would not play a tournament with new balls,
they had to have at least three weeks play so the angles would be consistent.
