Here is what I would do since you'll have to pay him anyways (if you have nothing in your name what the hell can they take????)
Buy or find a cheap aluminum bat. When you are better and able to swing walk out to the front of his motorhome, camper, whatever it may be.
Proceed to destroy the thing while yelling that he is too close to your motorhome. While you see him call the cops just start screaming in jibberish and not make any sense. Claim insanity from when you had your incident. Tell them you haven't been the same Geno since then.
