Just Received! My NEW SouthWest!

Thanks Everybody for your nice comments, Well, for the last 9 nears I played with a Tad, my other Southwest, Prewitt, R6 Schon, and several others. This cue has the 12.75mm pro taper shafts and they are really dialed in and clean. I am really trying hard not to chalk it up yet and hit some balls, So far it is still unplayed. It look much better in the natural light, the Cocobolo pops out. This Gaboon Ebony is so DEEP, dark as can be. It really is a beauty.

Nice.. what a sweet looking cue. I just got my first SW and i love it (preowned). Quick questions:
Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in hit with the New SW's and the Franklin era ones?
Can anyone give me laurie's contact info thru PM so i can verify the woods on my cue?

SW Taper Question......

Nice cue, does anyone know the actual specs on the taper of a SW shaft? Is a Pro Taper or European???
