Kamui Black Tips

I bought a kamui black tip (Super Soft) and put it onto my pechauer shaft 13 mm , i dont get fast any spin , is that normal at the beginning or did a make something wrong??

Your sentence doesn't make sense. Please explain.

I think you mean that you're not getting a lot of spin off of them. You are definitely doing something wrong because those tips do put the spin on the CB.

I prefer Snipers over Kamui, but the KB does put a fair amount of spin the ball.

I don't know what your expectations were with changing tips. If you had a standard Triangle tip before changing, then I would expect to see a little more spin action. If you had a softer tip, like a Moori, then I would not expect to see much less of a change. Don't expect a different tip to greatly affect your game. Expect more subtle changes. I have a soft black Kamui on one of my cues and a soft Moori on another. There's very little difference. I used to shoot with a hard Super-pro tip and still had good spin on the cue ball.
