The two are both the same exact kind of chalk the 0.98 or 1.21 is how many ounces it is.

The number indicates the formula attempt number according to everything Kamui has put out.... So the .98 was their 98th attempt and the 1.21 was 23 attempts later in trying to address the chalk left on the cueball.....

I am not Kamui so I cannot 100% say this is the gospel I just know that I read a whole lot of info on it when I first started hearing about it and the formula story came from them or their North American Distributor.......

Lol. It verified at all lol that's just what I thought when I first seen the 0.98 thought it was funny so I posted last post
