In an effort to get away from all the Earl & Jayson Drama threads on here, I was wondering if anyone could offer a comparison of the quality of the Chalk Shark prior to Kamui taking over. Has the quality improved, or stayed he same, or gone downhill? I see the price has increased to about $50.00.

Overpriced. Not many will fall for this price. It is not so much the chalk that makes one miscue. It is a less than perfect stroke that does it.
I bought the original a couple of years ago at $35, which I felt was spendy at the time.
It's the greatest pocket chalker ever, and I am at a loss in my PSR at this point when I am without it.
$50, however, is nothing short of outrageous. I'm glad I picked it up before Kamui snapped up the rights to it.

Can someone explain any advantages the Chalk Shark has over the Ultimate Chalker ($12)? I do see the little cover as an advantage for transportation but I just use a little chalk box.
