Kamui soft on OB-1 or OB-2 shaft ?

Recently I use WD700 shaft with kamui medium. The shaft has been great to me a few months but right now I feel like it's too hard for me.

Also the kamui tip is glazing very often and I feel it doesn't produce the amount of spin I need (though my stroke isn't perfect as well).

I feel like switching to OB-1 or OB-2 shaft (my friend is using OB-1 and I quite like the soft feel). And I consider also switching to Kamui black soft for the reasons I mentioned above.

Does anyone use this combination and could provide me with brief review ? Is there any reason I shouldn't use kamui black soft on that shaft ? Is the soft tip less prone to glazing compared to medium one ?

i have an ob1. when i first got the shaft i had a Kamui brown ss put on. The tip didnt glaze over but it mushroomed like crazy and ended up having pieces chip off of the side when I tried to get rid of the mushrooming. I have since went to the tiger soft and love it. I feel like I get a good amount of spin on the cue ball and I have shaped the tip one time in four months.

i started with the ob1 with the tiger everest that came with it
i tried the kamui soft at a knowledgeable players suggestion
it gives me more "action" on the cue ball
glazing is not a problem
i do have to shape it alittle more often than other tips ive had
but all in all i like it
