Karen and Allison

to tomorrow if i read it right. Sorry guys i read it wrong-Allison is not through according to Slim Shafty.

Each are 3-1 Karen has victories over Archer and Parica. Allison over Feijen and Hopkins.

The old guard appears to NOT BE DOMINATING as Mike Sigel said they would because of the slow nap cloth, no jump sticks etc (Give me a break!)

One of the groups on the score page of the IPT site is duplicated so one is missing. Hope that gets corrected soon.

I also hope that the "sportswriter" doing the "daily coverage" learns how to spell Mike Sigel's name.
Some Sportswriter this idiot must be!!

Allison is not through, Looks like the GLI is going to be used in group 2, Allison, Raj, and Niels are all tied 3-2

So it looks like Allison is out with her 5.80 GLI, as Raj has a 5.00 and Niels has a 5.20

She played very well, what a shame.

Yes, they are through (to the next round) but they are not through (done/finished).

A glance at the first round robin picks thread shows that close to half of those who indicated their picks predicted both would advance. The high regard of this forum for the play of Fisher and Corr, even by men's standards, is being validated this week in Florida.

This is great news! Thanks for sharing, Nostroke.

Got any more updates?

You are saying:

Bustamante won over Fisher!?
Feijen won over Hopkins!?
Hundal won over Schwartz!?

Correct!?

What are the scores of the above matches in support of the GLIs mentioned?

MY bad - I miscalcualted the possibilities. Allison is done.

So Karen Corr is through (to the next round) and Allison is through (finished). Unlucky for Allison, who still made a nice showing going 3-2. I will be pulling hard for Karen Corr in the next round.

Both these ladies are a credit to pro pool.

Cant believe i dogged that one- It's no fun getting old.

Yes for sure SJM but we knew they were a credit to pool no matter what the result.
