i'm with you guys, i also have to play with slight amount of left english to catch 'the real center'. Doesn't sound like the good way to achieve consistency can head tilt or its placement to either side solve this problem ?
Also, I actually had the same problem of applying right english when I thought I was hitting center ball. Because I'm right handed/left eye dominant, my cue was at an angle.
Recently in the last week I did something that you could also try. I rotated my hips just a little more than usual. This has straightened out my arm and cue, and now when I aim at center ball, I'm actually hitting it.
I have exactly the same problem with cross-dominant eye, but I am left handed. Rotating hips worked to align the visual center. I also rotate my head in opposite direction so my face pointing straight and have my chin very close to the cue.
