Is McCready getting near the age to start playing the Senior tour?
He should be an extreme force on that circuit.

Too bad he's not in Grady's big ring game in January. He is always a big crowd favorite.

Congratulations, Keither with the Ether! Hope you have many more wins in your future.

That's great news Don. I hope Keith wins everything he enters from now on. Keith is one of the top money players, as well as, top characters the pool world has ever seen.

You might also ask Keith if Ronnie Allen belongs in the BCA Hall Of Fame. Keith use to run with Ronnie. Whatcha think Earthquake?

I don,t have to ask him. You know he does. They don,t make em like Keith or Ronnie anymore. Two authentic charactors if there ever was any.

Man, we gotta stop argreeing like this. They gonna think we is buddies. I think the only differance is, you are a better speller and I like the 63 Stingray split window coupe more than the hemi's.

Keither may be 42 or 43, but he looks much older, :)
congrats on Keith's success

Ronnie Allen does deserve to be in the Pool Hall of Fame... it's just that the BCA doesn't deserve to the right to elect members.

I believe he his a year older than me, since we grew up in the same area in So Cal. and I've personaly known him since 1974 and at that time I was 16.

Don, sorry, got to agree with ya again. In that the 63 split window is an awesome car. I am 6'4" and now weigh 270, down from 360. I don't fit well in a Vette though. And to Tom In Cincy, you couldn't be more right. That was the point I was trying to make. The BCA has no right to select anyone if they keep Ronnie Allen out.

I'm pretty sure he is 42 or 43 now.

According to the AzB Player Profile on this forum, Keith McCready is 47 years of age. The age requirement for most senior tours is 50.

Ronnie Allen is a legend and his Hall of Fame accreditation should be given consideration by the powers that be.

There is an annual tournament in Las Vegas that is invitational only by the BCA. There are some very well-known pool players who are not invited and whose names are omitted and are not "allowed" to participate. Pool politics, I guess.

I am unfamiliar with how one gets voted into the Hall of Fame for pool. Is it similar to other sports? How is the best qualified list developed each year, and who are the BCA voting parties? Just curious.

Manlyshot, Blud is a voting member and has posted the process on the other thread about Ronnie Allen if you would like to read it.

46 or 47 has to be right for Keith's age. It's going to be interesting. Keith being the top bar table player when he was 15 or so and being the top player period when he reaches the senior tour. Keep yourself healthy buddy,,,,,$Bill,,,,,Jackson, MS.

The FalconCue Tour will be at Champions in Rockville, Maryland, this coming weekend, October 4th and 5th, 2003.

Last week, this tour was graced with the appearance of Bustamante. Santos was there, but only as an observer. You just never know who is going to show up these days on the FalconCue Tour. Kid Delicious, Amar Kang, Jose Parica, Max Eberle, Nick Mannino, Frank Tullos, Ramil Gallego, and Dick Lane have also made cameo appearances on this tour.

Keith McCready, Kevin West (a Delaware delight), Ryan McCreesh (numerous Joss Tour wins), Mike Davis (strong shooter, ranked 20th on UPA listing, for what it -- UPA, that is -- is worth), Shaun Wilkie (Maryland's best-kept secret), Jim "Shorty" Henson (former APA champion), B.J. Ussery (young gun from North Carolina), Doug Sharp (BCA-certified instructor), Nick Prinsloo (a columnist on AZBilliards), Jimmy McAdams (a Virginia thoroughbred), and Pooky (Bucktooth's nightmare) are some of the regular participants in the men's tournament.

Sueyen Rhee is probably the best female pool player in this area now, and she is a regular on the FalconCue Tour. She has a "natural" stroke and plays very consistent pool.

Can't wait to see who will be competing this weekend.
