Wow interesting, so pool is coming up in India
I know recently Snooker tour added Indian Open to their calendar
The only notable ethnic Indian/Pakistani pool players I know are Raj Hundal, Amar Kang, Imran Majid

Pool is not very popular in india. This is one of the national pool event where Kelly has been invited. Indian cueists are known for Billiards and snooker. You would see most indian players are playing with snooker cue

Amar Kang and Raj are not based in india for long time. Some notable pool players are Sumit Talwar, Sandeep Gulati, Shovam Arora. Most of them are great potter but lacks in safety play and good break shot.

Alok Kumar who will be playing in finals tomorrow is ex snooker player.
