I have a 6 point (3hi/3lo) Ken Murrell cue for sale.
The cue has ebony points into a goncola alves forearm,
with 2 veneers, alves and green. They are very sharp.
It has a Southwest style split butt of ebony/alves.
The cue has a black stack leather wrap and weighs
just under 19 ounces. It has fancy index rings at A/B
and in the butt at the split and at E. It comes with 1 shaft
which looks just below 13mm, but I have not measured it.
It has a 3/8x10 wood to wood joint and is a very nice
playing cue. This cue is a fine example of Ken Murrell's
workmanship. When assembled, even the joint rings
match up on the shaft and butt. It is signed between the points.

SOLD!! Thanks!!Any questions, email me at jlolley@bamacues.com

Yea, I know. Don't know why it is so hard to get a good pic of cues. I sent you a PM. The cue is not fuzzy in person.:D :D

i don't know bama cues but i did own that cue less than a year ago and it looks very nice in person his pics do not do it justice.the forearm wood is actually pau rosa it has a beatiful color similar to tulipwood, but without the grain.it actually looks better than tulipwood.very warm and creamy appearance.plays great too as do all of Kenny's cues.weighs 18.8 and shaft was 12.8 when i sold it.alot of cue for the money

Mason,

Thanks so much for the info. I originally thought the forearm was pao ferro but was told it was goncola alves...I can certainly buy that it is pao rosa...either way, it is a beautiful cue. It had a couple of slight white spots in the finish, but I polished them out on the lathe, and the finish looks like new. It has a really nice, hard finish. You are also right on with the 12.8mm and 18.8 ounces with great balance. A real player's cue. Thanks again,
Joe
