Due to emergency home repairs due to hurricane Ike I have to sell on of my cues. Up for sale is my Kenneth Murrell Custom cue it?s a 4 point cue around 19 oz. Beautiful birdseye maple with 4 ebony points with 4 veneers consisting black, red, aqua and natural colors. The wrap is white with black specs Irish linen. The ebony butt has the same veneer combo above the white delrin buttcap. The cue comes with one 13mm shaft with the modified European taper that Mr. Murrell uses and a Hercules hard tip and the shaft has been played. The shaft has a dymondwood insert instead of the standard brass like you see in many cues with 5/16-14 joints. Mr. Murrell told me he does this to keep the cue?s balance from getting too far forward. The cue has a stainless steel joint with a 5/16-14 pin. The collars are plain black and according to Mr. Murrell he has only made 2 cues with stainless steel joints with black collars. Both the butt and shaft roll straight together and apart. The only ding that I see on the cue is on one of the points there is a dent that is barely noticeable. It?s just a slight depression and I just have to mention it but you really have to sight down the cue to even see it. I?m asking CUE IS SOLD PENDING PAYMENT shipped but I?ll consider any reasonable offers.
