Nice cue I was once the owner

Hi

I am not saying this is not your cue but I sold it to a guy in Asia about 2 and a half years ago and the picture you are using are the ones from my ebay auction - That's my front room carpet and balls ;-)

It is a great cue but if it is the same cue and I am sure it is, you have not mentioned the sugar mark in the forearm and the points are KOA not burl. The Joint pin is brass not just a gold colour.

Do you have any new pics of the cue as those are over 2 years old.

I don't want to cause a fuss just looking out for all the AZers out there!

Murrell cue

This guy got this cue from me. I bought it from the guy in asia after I passed the auction on eBay. I took the pics from the auction because they looks pretty good and bring out this cue like it is. I have several pics I added to this post. Hope I could bring some light into the dark! :)

Here is the link to my picturesite with the eBay pics: https://fotoalbum.web.de/gast/customcue/Kenneth_Murrell_sold

This is the cue description from Kenneth:

Yes, I built the cue over a period of months in 2003. The points are pommelle bubinga spliced into birdseye maple with 4 veneers, black/blue/green/white. I use milled "V" bottom points in my short splices for forearms. The butt sleeve is bubinga, natural linen at the joint and butt cap. The handle section is hard maple, wrap is tobacco brown ostrich, the real thing. I don’t remember the weight, but it is most likely around 18.5-19 oz. 2 shafts with linen at the joint, linen ferrules, red fiber below the tips and moori medium tips. Brass 3/8 x 10 pin, balance should be about 19-19.5" from the butt cap. Bubinga joint protectors cut by hand on a wood lathe.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Kenny

Sorry for any fuss just looking out for the AZ boys.

You are correct I am wrong it is burbinga butt and points, I have owned so many cue they all blend in to one in my tiny brain.

Nice new pics and yes I did think I made a good job of those pic on the original ebay auction.

I wish you well and I hope you sell the cue - it's a great hitter.
