Kevin must be smiling at all you fools...

Everyone is so concern with the IPT payouts that each and every post that is being made to help the players is actually damaging the case. Kevin must be smiling at all you fools.

The IPT is definitely broke, or in other words bankrupt. There is no money to collect from the corporation. Each business venture is a promise to do good but it can fail. Kevin will not be held accountable of his promises nor will be found accountable from his personal finances to pay for the failed business venture.

If the offer to pay 1/3 of the prize fund is true, then he is legally and faithfully trying to come to terms or arrangements with his debtors. If this fails, the corporation could simply file for bankruptcy. Who is going to get paid? Only Kevin and his attorney knows for sure.

Therefore I suggest to all the "PI Magnum's and Perry Mason's" of this board to simply shut up. Kevin is definitely reading this board, and all you people are just assisting him in finding his way out of this mess. He has found a way to counter-attack any possible legal scenario that has been posted on this board thanks to people not "thinking" before they post.

Players should do whatever they think is best for them, and should be "aware" of any attorney whom will just do anything to get a hold of 33 to 40 percent of whatever the player might be getting, and may be also lying about what a "great case" players have against the IPT.
