Beautiful figured purple heart, at the bottom is nicely figured curly maple. The shaft is 4 oz, the grain is ultra clean, no markings or knots, white as the Christmas snow. The balance is superb. Plays great. I would keep this but I prefer a wrap. Giveaway price for what I have in this cue...
