It's not a video... It is a pdf file that I created from several threads that were posted a while ago. Blackjack posted the links in a thread a few weeks ago and I liked the info in them that I made a single file so I didn't have to keep looking for the threads.

Shoot me a pm with your email & I will send you a copy if you want it.
