Pretty much what the title says, just wondering if anyone has a pic of Kim's cue. Cheers, Brett.

No pics, but I distinctly recall seeing it "fly" across the Room
a few times at Tournaments in Reno when he was losing a
Match. Oh, wait ... maybe it was the Balabushka ? Yikes !

Last time I saw Kim was at Jointed Cue's "Terry Stonier Memorial"
several years ago and he was very cool & collected the entire Match.
We miss him on the West Coast. A Great Player !
Best of Luck with finding that pic.

Kim Sold his Szam many years ago ans was using his Schick when I last saw him up at the ''Turning Stone''....Told me someone made him an offer he couldn't refuse,,,,,,

IIRC, this picture was from the IPT in 2006. It looks like his Szamboti. But I never saw any of his other cues. I don't know who owns the picture. The website is no longer active.

You say you don't know who owns the picture, but the guy's name is on the photo? JR Calvert.

HTH,

Freddie <~~~ really???

Kim's Szamboti

I'm not positive, but I heard Fatboy bought Kim's Szamboti cue. I could be wrong, but that's what I read.

If my memory serves me correctly, Kim's Szamboti was a pretty standard cue.

Nothing fancy.
4 standard prongs
I 'think' ivory ferrules.
Green speck Irish linen.

I think it was 58 (59??) inches and around 19 and some change.

It was very similar to one I used and very similar to the one Terry Osborne (from Phoenix area) uses.

I haven't seen the stick for 15+ years but that is what I remember.
