Billy Mac AKA "Billy Banks" came down from Phoenix to take a bite out of Bicycle Willie...even knowing I keep what little dough I have, I keep in my pocket.
We played and we played. I ignored customers and yelled at my employees each time he rifled another bank in so hard he almost tore the pockets off my Connelly Ultimate. Two of my workers walked off the job, promissing to return when he left.
I'm not saying he isn't welcome to come back and visit, he's a lot of fun to be around. Just, next time, Billy, leave your cue at home. Do you like miniture golf?
My last words on the subject are "Hogue, Bentevegna, Van Boening, tread lightly around "Billy Banks Mac".
And, most of all, keep it nice. Alfie

What is it your trying to say.

Sound to me like he's trying to say that he had one of those random great days at pool that turns into a long session where nothing else matters, for hours, but the game. If it's truly a knock, it's probably also a temptation for the big boys who may be finding summer dragging on...

My guess.

Small world

Alf,

Thanks for signing your book for me.

I'm sure you don't remember but we have
crossed paths a couple of times. I think
the first time was at a room owned by
Weldon in Tucson. You only visited the room
a few times in the early 80s. The only reason
I caught on was by your name, location, the
the rugs.

It sure is a small world.

Every once in a while I here people talk about decoder rings, anyone know

Thanks. you're absolutely right. Two guys played 'till their feet gave out and both felt like winners...also, you're accurate about Tucson summers...*****in' hot. You have to stand under a cooler just to...
keep it nice. Alfie
