Im having a connection issue and was wondering how you guys viewI the videos

I had no issue using wifi from a crappy laptop

I use wifi on my desktop and its pretty bad even though youtube comes through without issue


Im using chrome, does firefox work better?
Its pretty frustrating once I get all set up and one of my most sought after features is having connection issues
 
Chrome is actually a perfect browser for Kozoom. Did you have any streaming issues when you were watching matches live?

I use Chrome to access the streaming videos on kozoom. In fact it is the only site for which I turn on the Flash player in plug-ins.

If you have no streaming problems when using one device, and have streaming problems when using a different device, I think the inescapable conclusion is that it is the device, not the stream. I have a similar problem where my wife and I have identical tablets yet hers gets the NFL network streaming fine and mine has problems.

the thing that gets me though is, youtube vids play without issue
only on kozoom does the replays get choppy, on the only device I have dedicated to my billiard room how frustrating,
Im still hoping theres a spec or two that can be adjusted, makes no sense to me
