I'm a newcomer to this site and I've been lurking here for a while trying to learn as much as possible.
I just wanted to post a thank you to Brianna187 for a recent order.
I purchased a few things recently from his store on ebay. One of the items was a lot of 5 joint pins.
When the order arrived only one pin was shipped. An honest mistake since the sale was for 1 package of 5 pins.
It took a little while to get in touch with Lee (the order arrived just a day or two before the open). When he was finally able to catch up with everything, he sent me more pins than I had ordered as well as plenty of extras!
Thank you Lee for helping out a newcomer to this business! More orders to come.

Lee is a Good Guy I done lots of business with him. He is a busy man but always has taken care of me...

Lee and Howard

I ordered a bunch of Veneer colors one time and they sent be a whole bunch of colors and thicknesses for free, including the shipping!!!:)
And, I just met them.. How cool was that.. I did send money for the postage, I couldn't let those guys pay that.. They were nice enough to give me the veneers..
Brianna Products are really geared up for the cuemaker, always engineering Machinery and Fixtures to make cue building process better and faster..
They are a great asset to AZ and the Cuebuilding industry..

I don't know if it's proper to say this here, and I don't mean any harm..
But Chris Hightower is another innovator that does a lot for the cuebuilding industry too. I like them both.. They both treat me well.
I'm not a cuemaker, but, I'm glad they both do what they do..:)
