Thanks for all the kind words. We had a blast this weekend and learned alot of things. We met a ton of great people and made some new friends.

I have some good stuff that happened behind the camera to post when I get home.:D :D

We are really excited about this and can't wait to see where we will end up next.

We also are looking into a better way to stream the video at a higher quality.

Thanks to everyone who watched and for all the encouragement.

I'm not sure it this would help any, but this is the first thing that came to mind about the live streaming. If there is some way to delay it 4-5 seconds then that would maybe make it stream better? Believe me I have no complaints. That was awesome and I'm looking forward to this. Can't wait to get a T-shirt!

You guys are onto something here. This IS the wave of the future when we will get ALL our programming directly through the internet. Television as we know it, will change radically in the next few years. It is just a matter of improving the technology so that the picture and sound quality compares favorably with television. And that will come, sooner rather than later.

All that being said, Justin, Chad and Tanner did a FANTASTIC job! I can't emphasize that enough. It was not like it was your first show either. You ironed out a lot of bugs quickly. And gave us pool fans something to sweat and enjoy.

I only expect you to improve with each production. I liked your camera angle on the final table. Good end zone shot. Try hanging a "mic" over the table, next to the light. Similar to what they do in boxing matches. You'll pick up a lot more of the table chatter between the players.

NO ONE has done, or is doing anything like this with Pool. Except in Asia I should add, with the live television coverage of the WPC. ESPN coverage is tired and dated. Accu-Stats makes great shows, except once again they are dated. It's just not the same when you already know who won the match. There is NOTHING like seeing it live!

I would suggest that you continue to provide this type of coverage FREE for a while until you have worked out all the bugs. You will also build up your audience. I saw over 400 people watching the Finals. When you have everything working smooth, then you can begin to charge a nominal fee, say $9.95 for an entire tournament. Once you have established your name and reputation, you will get many buyers.

Let's see, 1,000 "buys" at $9.95 equals 10K. That will pay a few bills and keep you guys going. And it could get much better! How's 10,000 "buys" sound? Hell, I want to invest in your company.

selling VHS tapes is historyfor 20-$30 a pop is done, just like Tower Records on Sunset Strip, it was a land mark for ever, the iPod finished off that landmark in a hurry. video on demand on the internet, live or other wise is the future, any other business model is history,

do you want to make history or be a part of it?

It reminded me of the first Derby City webcast. I like the informal nature of it at times.

That first year of the Derby streaming was fun! The camera was left on and the banter was great. Danny and Billy and Mark Wilson, Grady, Buddy, etc. It was FUN. It's gotta be FUN!

Don't lose the informal nature of it. I didn't say up for the interviews with Jesse etc but I sure WISH I had. It's the table banter and informal interviews that I want to see/hear along with action matches that just happen.

You guys are on the right track and all of us would, I"ll bet, be willing to put up $10 to see it.

Awesome job. This definately is the future of pool.

I actually inquired a bit about filming the events at Hard Times in Sac like the Jamborees because I know how much people would love to see guys like Palmer, Parica, Chohan, Bustamente, Orcullo,etc... play some one pocket and nine ball in a cool straight up pool environment. This ten ball field was much better than that though and you guys did a great job. Accu-Stats hardly films anything anymore and people are too cheap to support them anyway at 20-30 bucks a match.

A couple of regular events a year, some shows with legends like Freddie, Grady, Buddy,etc.. talking about pool. Some heads up matches with smack talking allowed. This kind of stuff is the only way pool has even a slight chance to get some of pokers popularity.

awsome job

i only watched about 4 hours total but it was great. you guys have an awsome oppertunity to travel and watch and record the best players on the planet in an enviroment where they would normally not record. you may not be making any money now but you will be. little marketing and 20 bucks a pop per event, and blamo, your making a little side loot. may not be rich but getting to do it and watch is a great thing in itself. hats off gents, need a partner??lol:rolleyes:
